Allianz always expanding global training begins with the development of a company active within the entire Group Ltd. to develop the skills and competencies of employees who serve in our various global organizations, it became clear that a common strategy. So "global talent management" strategies we have created for our colleagues. Our diverse skills and management practices have been frozen in this strategy.

For example, each year in the Allianz Group level and at professional development conferences. In addition to our employees as international opportunities, these programs are the skills we have to overcome current and future challenges are being faced by us and ensure that the proper placement of the stations.

We will also act to hold face to face feedback and development discussions. The employees and their managers to participate in the meetings, they will be held as part of the medium and the year end review programs.
